Start with the problem
We ask what is slow, confusing, or getting lost, and write it down in plain words before any code is written.
Build the smallest thing that works
A first version you can actually use, usually within weeks. We add to it based on what you learn, not on a feature list.
Keep it running
Software needs upkeep. We fix bugs, keep up with phone and browser updates, and answer email within two business days.
