GainzTea · In development

Food, workouts, and the people who keep you honest.

GainzTea is a tracker for what you eat and what you lift. Log meals, see your protein, carbs and fat add up, record workouts, and share plans with a friend, partner, or coach. It is the new name for Lazy Macroz.

What it does

Meal tracking

Log what you eat in a few taps. GainzTea totals your calories and macros (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) for the day so you can see where you stand without doing math.

Workout tracking

Record your workouts: the exercises, sets, reps, and weight. Look back at what you did last time so you know what to do this time.

Shared meal and workout plans

Build a meal plan or workout plan and share it with the people in your corner. A coach can hand a plan to a client. Friends can follow the same program and keep each other accountable.

Data export

Your meals and workouts are yours. Export them from inside the app whenever you like. This ships in version 1, not later.

Who it is for

People who want to eat and train with a bit more intention and do not want a complicated app to get in the way. It is also for the small groups that keep each other going: a couple, a few friends, a coach and a handful of clients.

If you want hundreds of charts and badges, GainzTea is probably not for you. If you want to log your food and your lifts and share a plan with someone, it is.

Where it stands

GainzTea is in development and is not yet available to download. It is coming to the App Store and Google Play. This page describes what version 1 will include: meal and workout tracking, macros, shared meal and workout plans, and data export. We will update this page when it is available.

If you used Lazy Macroz, GainzTea is the same app under a new name. The team, the privacy practices, and the support address are the same.

Support and privacy
