1. Using our apps

You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, or as a coach or trainer sharing plans with your clients. Do not use them to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

2. Your content

The meals, workouts, and plans you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work, including showing a plan to anyone you share it with. You can export or delete your content at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Not medical advice

GainzTea is a tool for logging food and exercise. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.

4. Purchases

Any purchases in our apps are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including their refund rules.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features. If we ever shut down an app, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.

6. No warranty, limited liability

Our website and apps are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, Anappdev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
